Welcome to The Bushel & Strike, nestled in the picturesque village of Ashwell in North Hertfordshire.
Sitting proudly opposite the stunning 14th-century St Mary’s Church, The Bushel, as it’s affectionately known, has been a cornerstone of village hospitality for more than two centuries.
Known for our carefully selected range of locally brewed beers and ales, fine wines, and a menu that evolves with the seasons, The Bushel has always been a place to gather, relax, and enjoy good company in a historic setting.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Bushel & Strike will be closed throughout March.
